   I just want to thank you for the wonderful work that you did on my Stentura 8000.  It's hard to believe that I've been using my Stentura for 15 years now.  It was really starting to show its age, so I sent it to you to perform an overhaul.  I have to say that my writer now looks and feels as good as it did when it was brand new!!  Thank you also for fixing the bent realtime prongs at no extra charge!!  I no longer have any problems with my realtime connection.
