   Please be aware that all Writers StenoTrader.com sells are Refurbished. It is your responsibility to check all of the items received and that they are in working condition when you receive your order.
If you are missing any item that is listed on your Invoice it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

 Return Policy

   StenoTrader.com's return policy is as follows:

• No Returns allowed;
• Unopened orders will be subject to an Administration fee
  
• Special ordered items, specific modifications, opened consumables and Shipping & Handling charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

   Exchanges will be given on the following terms

• No refunds or exchanges will be given on any item that has been altered or repaired without the express consent of StenoTrader.com.
• Exchanges are for Store credit only
• 20% handling charge on Allowed returns
• No returns allowed after 30 days
